Security Tagging

Choosing the right retail security tagging system can seem daunting when a range of options are available. MAXTAG would like to make that choice easier by giving you the following points to consider.

If your interest is protecting 'soft' items such as clothing then both the 66Khz Range and the 58Khz range will be for you. Both retail security systems allow for the protection of merchandise with reusable plastic security tags applied to garments by shop staff and removed at the point of sale.

If you wish to protect 'hard' products such as DVDs, pharmaceuticals or items for the home then the 58Khz and the 8.2Mhz ranges are the choice for you. This range will allow for the protection of 'hard' merchandise with disposable self-adhesive security labels that can be deactivated at the point of sale.
