Project Management

Planning and project coordination is vital to the successful implementation of all MAXTAG installation projects. Although a minor part of the shop building process, a security tagging or CCTV installation has been known to produce maximum disruption to deadlines through poor planning and coordination.

MAXTAG has listened and learned from the experience of others.  The project people in the MAXTAG team, work hard to ensure things happen on schedule, that stress is removed and that security installations are completed on time.

Account Management

All MAXTAG customers are assigned an experienced account manager who will be the principal point of contact from the outset.  From first meeting and beyond the installation process, the account manager's responsibility is to ensure each and every customer's need is catered for.

Field Service & System Maintenance

When the initial manufacturers warranty period is drawing to a close, MAXTAG offers all customers the option of an annual maintenance agreement with a one-off annual charge or an ad hoc arrangement whereby fault calls are charged on an hourly basis depending on how much time is required to correct the fault.
