Fitting out a retail tagging security system for Yazz in Essex
The Client
Based on Loughton High Road in Essex, the new shop represents Yazz's first foray into the UK market. Their products are manufactured in Greece, made with the finest local fabrics. Their philosophy is to 'create clothes that can be worn all day long' – whether that be 'from a morning walk, an official occasion to parties and nights out'.
The company prides itself on offering unparalleled customer service and that their shopping experience is one not to forget. As a huge factor in that enjoyment, shop security was at the forefront of their plans when thinking about the set-up of their store.
This is where the Tagmax team came in.
The Project & Solution
The client wanted their tagging security system to blend in with the rest of the shop fit. This required us to liaise with the site electrician in regards to the running of the cables, as they needed to be kept hidden to blend in with the store aesthetics.
The system we chose to install was our single pedestal 'Optimum' system – this is an acousto-magnetic system has outstanding detection which allows for superb tracking of tags and reduces the number of false alarms too. Its integrated system can even be equipped with features such as people counting, metal detection and magnet detection.
After the consultation with the electrician, we got to work quickly and being a standard installation for us, the job was completed on time and with relative ease, allowing the client to welcome customers on their planned opening date. The tagging security system we installed comes with a 1-year warranty as standard, after which the client is considering taking out a maintenance agreement with us.
All done and a very happy customer. The only way is up for Yazz!
